<title>Installation of Ncurses</title>

<para>This package requires its patch to be applied before you can
install it. Make sure it's unpacked before running the installation 
commands.</para>

<para>Install Ncurses by running the following commands:</para>

./configure --prefix=/usr --libdir=/lib --with-shared &amp;&amp;
make &amp;&amp;
make install &amp;&amp;
mv /lib/*.a /usr/lib &amp;&amp;
chmod 755 /lib/*.5.2 &amp;&amp;
