  39. Glibc autoconf tests would give false results and defeat the goal

  43. their runtime data. Apply the following patch to make such programs

  128. <para>You may see some test failures. The Glibc test suite is
  129. somewhat dependent on the host system. This is a list of the most common
  130. issues seen for some versions of LFS:</para>

  135. may fail on some architectures.</para>

  139. <emphasis>rt/tst-cpuclock2</emphasis> tests have been known to
  140. fail. The reason is not completely understood, but indications are
  141. that minor timing issues can trigger these failures.</para>

  144. <para>The math tests sometimes fail when running on
  145. systems where the CPU is not a relatively new Intel or
  146. AMD processor.</para>

  177. different language. None of the locales are required, but if some of them
  178. are missing, the test suites of future packages would skip important

  183. <filename>/usr/share/i18n/locales/cs_CZ</filename>

  187. <filename>/usr/lib/locale/locale-archive</filename> file.
