  23. empty, then hyphenation of ulinks is turned on, and any character
  24. contained in this parameter is treated as an allowable hyphenation
  25. point. This and <parameter>ulink.hyphenate</parameter> work together,
  26. one is pointless without the other being set to a non-empty value</para>
