f57e3d1ad9Rearrange "How things are going to be done" section. Simplify seds in "Locking in Glibc" and "Re-adjusting the toolchain" sections. Miscellaneous other fixes.
98c95f5392Chapter 5: Add new section "Toolchain technical notes". Integrate and scale back the old "Why we use static linking" section. Closes Bug 658.
