Undo r8485 for now, since the newer udev-config rules will only work with udev >=115 (they require the 50-udev-default.rules distributed with udev). The book still uses 113, unfortunately.

Add --libexecdir parameter to Man-DB's configure command. Fixes #2153. Also, remove the --enable-mb-groff parameter as the groff multibyte patch is detected automatically by configure now.
