added mkdir/cd binutils commands. Replaced hard-coded version with an entity reference. Added note not to remove binutils dirs. Removed -k option from make check

Must install Glibc in chapter 5. Fix c5-glibc entity. Moved tcl, expect and dejagnu installation to after locking in glibc.
